I came here from HMC to get therapy. Prior to my admission to the hospital then to here, I was independent in all my self-care tasks. I came here requiring max assistance for all my self-care tasks including mobility. My goal when I admitted to this facility was to focus on the rehabilitation part so that I could return to my home and to my job in the community. Not only I have met all those goals, but I have exceeded them as well. This place helped me get back into a routine that I fell out of. The staff here all helped me get back on track. I am happy to say that I will be discharging home and returning to work.
