I was admitted here because of chronic back pain issues that limited my ability to be mobile. Dr. Fernandez at Harrisburg Hospital is a miracle worker. He discovered my problem and did a surgery on my back. I admitted to Captiol status post lumbar decompression of my spinal cord. I required total assistance for my mobility, transfers, and self-care tasks. The therapy team here has been amazing and has assisted me in achieving most of my goals. I can now stand and walk distances with my walker. Marcus was one of my favorite physical therapists. Nursing has also taken very good care of me. If I ever needed rehab services again, I would return to Capitol.
