We believe that placing the right people behind our patients and residents is key to assuring all-around better continuity of care.

This translates into residents having the same direct caregiver at all times thus fostering a relationship of familiarity and trust. Our team is comprised of professional and dedicated individuals, many of whom have been a part of the Capitol family for a number of years.

Jill Swartz, LNHA

Administrator

I have been at the facility for over 6 years and have worked several roles during that time. I was the Transitional Care Nurse when I was first hired and then became the Infection Preventionist/ADON. After being in the Infection Preventionist/ADON role for a year, I took on the role as the DON. After 4 years of being the DON, I accepted the role as the Administrator. My passion for customer service in healthcare drives me to be visible and present on the units, supporting staff and ensuring quality care. While my direct involvement can extend my workdays, I believe it’s essential for maintaining high standards and building strong team morale. I actively mentor my team to be responsive, compassionate, and solution-driven in everything they do.
I have been married for over 38 years and have 13 children and 7 grandkids! I l love spending time with my family and attending their sporting events.
